Join us every Wednesday for a 15-minute virtual dance break.

You may not consider yourself a dancer.
That doesn’t mean you can’t dance.
Or that you shouldn’t dance.

Format:
15 minutes, once a week.
On Zoom.
No agenda, no expectations, no conversation - just dancing.
We supply the music.
You bring yourself. Come as you are.
Bring your roommate, your partner, your kids, or even your pets.
No commitment needed either - just sign up so you have the invite on your calendar.
Rules of Engagement:
No judgment - of yourself or others.
Demonstrate respect for all. Be Kind.
Camera ON - no lurkers.
Move as little or as much as you’d like.
(Stay seated, stand up, whatever works for you!)No recording of any kind.
No promoting, advertising, or soliciting of any kind.
