Matt is very motivated to bring a new level of consciousness to people and the collective workplace. Through this challenging work, he strives to raise people's awareness of who they are, what their default tendencies are, how well their defaults serve them, and how to better self-regulate when interacting with and leading others.
With over 20 years of corporate experience, including senior learning and leadership development roles at Salesforce and Accenture, Matt is experienced in finding new ways to have a deep personal impact on people at scale.
Matt’s track record includes leading large global L&D teams, managing multi-million dollar learning budgets, and devising and implementing transformational learning experiences that served tens of thousands of people. He is an ICF-certified coach with thirteen years of experience coaching individuals, teams, small business entrepreneurs, and corporate leaders at all levels. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a Certified Leadership Circle Profile Practitioner, Matt is a lifelong learner who believes in the importance of looking within to find our path out in the world.
He is an advocate for bringing your whole self to work and is a driver of inclusion, equity, and belonging through meaningful connections and conversation. Having started his professional career as an IT consultant, Matt has firsthand experience reinventing his exterior brand to match his interior motivations and talents.
